I don’t know how I feel about this book, I felt the story was good, the characters were funny, and I was getting into the flow, however everything happened in the last chapter and it just ended! This is a series so I know there is more to come and I will be reading them but I was a little confused by the ending.

I read this as an audiobook and enjoyed the narrator, she was good at differentiating between characters.

I absolutely loved this storyline and its mafia like vibes. Novas history and revenge story had me captivated wanting to know more! I struggled a little with the internal monologue and the excessive level of description of luxury items but as a whole it was a great story and I can’t wait to continue it in Dust to Dust!

I was very confused to start off with. I had to look into it on goodreads because I was baffled but once I got the start out the way I began to love it! Despite the FMC annoying me with snarky comments here and there I was hooked and finished in a couple of days. I want more!!
