A fantastic book, if you have asked your self why relationship always turn out the same why, or why you always seem to attract the same kind of person or maybe why you don't seem to connect with your child or children. this is the perfect book to check out. This was a soothing read for a rainy day. Narration was smooth, book was reflective. It outlined positive and negative attachment, how to create healthy attachment, and how to rectify unhealthy or toxic relationships. Pace was great.
