You see the thoughts that rise, the tension that builds, the restlessness that tries to take hold. And I am not alone. You come near to me. You do not stay distant. You draw close, and You speak peace over my life. So I do not follow every thought. I do not allow anxiety to lead me. I turn to You instead. Jesus, when anxiety rises within me, let Your comfort rise greater. Where my mind feels unsettled, bring stillness. Where thoughts feel heavy, lift them. Let Your presence quiet what is noisy within me. You say, “Do not fear.” So I release fear now. I do not carry it any further. Jesús, acércate a mí y calma cada pensamiento en esta hora tranquila.
