I do not remain exposed to fear or uncertainty—I come into Your presence where I am safe. You make me dwell in safety. So I release every tension, every anxious thought, every feeling that tries to disturb my rest. I place it into Your hands now. Jesus, quiet my mind. Let my thoughts settle. Let my heart become steady. Let Your peace take its place within me. You promise perfect peace to those who trust in You—and I trust You now. I do not try to create peace—I receive it. And I rest in this truth—You love me. Your love is constant, secure, and unchanging. Because of Your love, I am safe. Because of Your love, I can rest.
