Entrepreneur and restauranteur Kenney Moore, founder and president of the Highway 55 chain of restaurants, began his rise to restaurant mogul in 1991 when he opened his first diner, cooking every burger by himself from morning until night in full view of his customers, giving him the opportunity to chat and bond with them. From there came his focus on fresh food, hospitality, and a unique experience that gave his customers more than a traditional dining experience. 135 restaurants later, Kenny's innovative approach proved successful.
