对我来说，这段故事开始的得，很早——是小时候家里厨房的味道，是妈妈每天做饭的背影，是父母带我到处尝鲜时那种好奇心，也是我站在餐厅调料台前，胡乱混搭各种味道的那些小小实验，还有那些在真正下厨之前，就已经悄悄发生的味觉训练。
如果说做饭后来变成了我表达自己、理解生活的一种方式，那它的种子，大概早就在童年的厨房里埋下了。
