what a gripping story. Backlash has, di far, been one of 4 of my all time LLP stories. Gritty, gruesome, but with some very funny lines throughout. An absolute must read. Bravo 👏

BRILLIANT narration

This offering from Audible is another excellent book in the La Plante Anna Travis series, and as always, this actor performs the characters excellently. However, Langton is still a boorish, bullying bore. I may be in the minority, but I can’t stand him, and I’m glad Anna finally stood up to him.

This is a good story but is a bit long winded and drawn out.
I did find Langdon very annoying as he kept involving himself and interfering in the case.

Kristin Atherton does a good job with the narration.
