This download has really helped me get out of bed in the morning. As long as I go to bed at a reasonable hour, I now have no problems getting up. I have another couple of subliminal hypnosis downloads and really enjoy listening to them because there's no spoken words or direction, you just listen to the sounds. Personally I prefer this kind of meditation/hypnosis as I find it difficult trying to imagine something I'm being told to imagine, I prefer to just listen and allow my brain to do the rest.

Be warned. This consists solely of several chapters of sound effect: 20 mins of crackling fire, 20 mins of waves crashing, 20 mins of whale noises (??), etc. There is no hypnosis at all, and nothing whatsoever that would give you any more energy or motivation.

this one is just the same as the morning one, just relaxing sounds and thats it no tones or talking what so ever . im going to delete them both then down load them again to see if something went wrong, or maybe its me that doesnt understand what im surposed to be listening to.
