Listening to this audiobook I made it my routine every night before going to sleep, I am a senior student of political science and every day my anxiety about finishing my degree increases but when I listen to the stories I can feel that my mind reaches a state of relaxation and all the thoughts about what awaits me next disappear and I can rest.

Listening to this audiobook is really very enjoyable. I listen to it over and over again and it doesn't bore me at all, in fact I love how it makes me feel to listen to these stories while I'm in my bed or doing anything else as it makes me concentrate really well.

I like a lot of audiobooks about stories and relaxation and this is the best, I have no doubts about those. The stories are perfect to calm your mind, and make you fall asleep easily. The voice of the narrator is really nice and the stories are very beautiful. I loved it all!!!

I usually buy audiobooks just because I like listening to stories, whatever they are about, because listening to stories makes me feel good and I could relax before going to sleep. But I really liked the stories, just like the ones my parents used to tell me. There is also a thorough explanation about stress, hypnosis and a lot of tips.

I had tried ASMR on youtube and downloaded relaxation books but nothing has been as effective and helpful as this audiobook. Listening to it is very relaxing and I can sleep peacefully. There are 2 volumes that make this audiobook very complete, lots of information, tips, hypnosis and stories. Thank you very much!
