I struggle with insomnia. My mind races with the thoughts of the day: the stresses and fears, what my plans are for tomorrow, my obligations, and thoughts of what could happen. Usually negative in nature, my anxieties keep me up for hours. Charlotte Piper's audiobook has helped. Each story is unique and soothing. They take my mind off me - I can focus on the story and let my body do the rest. The only downside is I sometimes fall asleep mid-story and have to rewind back to that spot to find out what happened in the story. Lol.

I always have hard times going to bed and at times I will wake up in the night and it will be a big struggle to go back to sleep . With this book I easily falls asleep and it redirects me from thinking . It s calms me dow down as I try to relate with the stories shared in the book. The author did a great job.

This book is a great way to unwind before sleep. I love the background music as well as the voice of the narrator both of which was perfect for a bedtime story. The story of the lion, the tiger and the eagle was entertaining and got my mind off the stress of my day to day life helping me sleep. Has many other great stories as well as some meditations to help you drift to sleep.
