This audio really helped with my sleeping pattern, i have been struggling most nights but thankfully purchased this audio and i am sleeping much better now. I struggle with insomnia. My mind races with the thoughts of the day: the stresses and fears, what my plans are for tomorrow, my obligations, and thoughts of what could happen. Usually negative in nature, my anxieties keep me up for hours. Charlotte Piper's audiobook has helped. Each story is unique and soothing. They take my mind off me - I can focus on the story and let my body do the rest. The only downside is I sometimes fall asleep mid-story and have to rewind back to that spot to find out what happened in the story. Lol.
