About this listen

How to Choose Better, Not Bitter

This practical, uplifting guide turns life’s challenges into stepping stones. Bitter or Better shows how to understand yourself, resolve conflict, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with the Source of Love—so choosing better, not bitter becomes a daily choice.

About the Cover

One image. Two stories.

Some see a grumpy, bitter figure.

Others see three figures embracing—our current and younger selves held by the Divine (see Chapter 5). This is how self-esteem grows, making it far easier to choose better.

It mirrors life: the same moment can look bitter or better—we decide.

Critic reviews

“I met Hanna in 1990 and have continued to witness her passionate curiosity to understand life and discover ways for people to grow in joy and love. In this book, she invites us to come home to ourselves as masters and to recognise the perfect lessons we draw into our lives for learning. Through her personal stories and challenges, she shows how to rediscover wonder and joy in every area of life.

With her visualisations and the many powerful tools refined over the years as a kinesiologist and seeker of wisdom, she guides us back to our brilliant selves. By releasing limiting beliefs and embracing forgiveness and love for ourselves and others, she shows how to take charge of our lives.

Hanna’s book is a treasure for all ages and all relationships, offering clarity where it matters most.”— Dr Carla Hannaford

This book is quite remarkable and lends itself to anyone who bears a grudge or has experienced adversity no matter the origin.

If I had this book in 1976, perhaps I would still be married to my first husband?!

The communication piece and how we must always look in the mirror is fundamental to understanding ourselves and others, yet never taught when we need it most - when we are young.

Hannah's live experience, training, and resource references are incredible. It's like she has been looking at my own bookshelf. However, the interpretation of the messages in the books that Hannah references is key to understanding this amazing work.

Bitter or Better is a super title which says all we need. The title gives the remedy, Hannah show us how!
