Summary

Rushing to book 2! I love all the characters that are very well written. Both MMC and FMC are very likable and I care about what happens to them.(unlike in SJM series)

The only snag is I don’t understand why the male narrator doesn’t do Wilder’s lines throughout and not just his POV.

Having said that Molly Stark is excellent, better than the male narrator

I really enjoyed the plot it was engaging, fast-paced, and kept me hooked throughout. I especially liked the FMC. She was strong, compelling, and easy to root for.

That said, the narration performance didn’t quite land for me. In particular, the MMC’s voice felt off and took me out of the story at times, which was a bit disappointing.

Overall, a great story, but the narration didn’t fully do it justice.

I devoured this book in two days, couldn't put it down. Some people have said it's a slow burn but I found it to be relatively fast paced

I enjoyed this , well produced , well written. I just found it a little slow to start. but other than that, great story line, with hopefully more spice in the next book.

Wasn’t 100% sure on voices but grew on me and worked for the characters.
Great story so far and onto the next book, I can usually guess what’s going to happen in books but honestly not sure with this one which I love.
