I enjoyed this book and it was a bit of an eye opener. It covers the psychology of body language, how to read it and how to use it. The author covers many situations from business to personal and intimate body language. An enjoyable listen and recommended listening!

This book should taught in schools - life lessons. The author of this book, Derek Borthwick, has got this one just right and clearly knows his profession. He explains the science behind body language in such an easy to understand manner.

Not only does this book provide the theory but is full of practical tips and advice on how to adapt your own body language to engage in different ways. I loved the section on reading the body language of others - particularly the section on 'feet' and 'legs' which was very entertaining.

This audio book is a keep forever that you will always refer back to.

I love people watching and as an introvert often prefer to observe rather than actively participate in social situations so this audiobook was particularly fascinating for me, being able to find out more about the non-verbal clues people are unconsciously giving off. I shall relish putting them to the test in my future interactions. I also enjoyed learning how many common, everyday phrases relate to our body language - there are way more than you'd imagine. The section on online meetings gave some great advice on how to present yourself well and pick up on cues others are giving off, even when you can't see all the usual body language clues available in face-to-face interactions. All in all, a fabulous audiobook on body language with the author himself narrating, lending a genuine and authentic expert voice to this incredibly interesting subject.

This book is a gold mine! The author draws on a wealth of experience in the field of body language and communication in general. Furthermore, he conveys the content in an easy-to-understand way, with many real-life examples, making the content very relatable. I particularly liked all the tips and advice that are scattered throughout the book on how to read body language in different parts of the body, e.g., what the feel can tell, the eyebrows, the angle of your body, etc. These examples made the book very practical, relatable, and helpful. I would highly recommend this book to anyone, whether you are looking to improve your skills in reading body language in relation to business or your personal life!

Despite being a veteran NLP proponent, Derek reminded me time and time again of all the nuances and subtle ways our bodies communicate. It’s an excellent book which I highly recommend to all teachers, business students and those seeking a life partner. Not to mention parents! Highly recommended for anyone wanting to explore all aspects of human behaviour in particular with those of the opposite sex. Saving the best till the last chapter, this book is a must for us all. Well written and very instructive.
