So irritating to have the characters speak in French, so unnecessary as it was immediately translated. I couldn’t warm to Styvie at all, selfish, rude, arrogant, jealous and spiteful.
I didn’t like her in the first book of the series and hoped she’d change.
Not a book I would listen to again
