I do like the story but they narration is poor - it was better than the first book, but the stated words just make me wish I wasn't listening to it. They are free kindle.

I like the story and world building, narrator was great. But, it was too short. I listen to other authors were each book is between 12- 36 hours. Book 4 + 5 isnt available in Norway, so, I will not buy the third book. I don't regret buying this credit, but I wish there was more happening in this book. I feel events were rushed. I still liked it though.

The book is well written and the main character is well developed. This and the first books weren’t for me in the end, because there was no real climactic point in either book. I feel like the story is too slow and could be compressed into a few chapters for each book in order to get to a complication and then climax (which are probably in the later books?). I really did enjoy the first one enough to listen to the second though, and I do like the world it’s in. Just a bit too slow and started to maybe over focus on relationships for me by the end of this one too. Thanks ☺️

first book was good. second book put me off. not going to carry on with the series. slow burn indeed for a whiny teenager. how did the author got all the characters right And the story was getting so interesting but then throw a whiny main character ain't just ruins it. so disappointed
