After I completed listening to this audiobook, I felt that my mentality had shifted permanently when it comes to my outlook on my mental toughness and my ability to harness real success. What I love is that no matter what goal you are trying to achieve, these lessons are transferable, whether it be in boxing, football, graphic design, authoring, or financial advising. It doesn't matter. If you have the desire to be successful, this book is going to guide you there. The two biggest take homes for me were how to develop a growth mindset and learning how small changes can yield big time results. We all know that you can just becoming elite in anything you attempt overnight. Developing excellent habits and implementing small and doable changes is what drives ultimate success. It's easy to get frustrated when the results do not come right away and there is where the importance of growth mindset is paramount. This is a fantastic book, and I highly recommend.
