This power collection for ADHD and OCD was perfectly named by the author because that's exactly what it is. This is a very powerful book for anyone suffering from these disorders, such as me and my wife. I am the one with OCD issue. What I really loved, is how both books teach you how you can utilize these disorders to actually be a strength for you. If you suffer from ADHS, this book will teach you how to uncover those strengths, amazing tricks at work to keep you focused, and how to stop procrastination. For the OCD sufferers like myself, I loved hearing how David Beckham has used his OCD to propel to excellence, and learning that OCD traits can be successful in engineering careers, which I happen to be an engineer. I also found some great nutrition and exercise tips that provides a holistic approach to OCD management. Love this audiobook!
