I first came across Stuart on his Breathpod Instagram page where he has shared so much insight and freely given huge amounts of time and energy through live breathwork sessions on IGTV. So needed throughout the pandemic for so many people. This book is even better than I had imagined... I first bought it on Audible, narrated by Stuart himself, it's like listening to a friend, a very wise friend full of good advice. The content is brilliantly presented with excellent visual descriptions and so easy to digest, it makes the book a joy and not a chore. The breathing exercises are easy to follow and have instant impact. I am so looking forward to implementing these practices into daily life ongoing. Loved it so much I bought two copies of the book on Amazon and will no doubt be buying more for gifts for friends. Highly recommended for anyone who breathes. Thank you Stuart, Nova and team.
