In this audiobook adaptation of the 2013 documentary, David Wilson introduces listeners to notable serial killers throughout Britain.

Using interviews, archives, and his own extensive knowledge, he is able to piece together the stories of these criminals, as well as the story of Broadmoor Hospital, the high-security prison that was home to many of the criminally insane and housed some of the most notorious criminals in Britain's history.

Didn't notice at all the shortness of what I was expecting to be a great listen. Purchased, settled myself in bed. Then finished 🤷🏽‍♀️
Yes, I am at fault for not spotting this but 45mins ?!! Ridiculous. I would like my money back!!!

Unbelievably short

I listened to this audio twice just because it is so interesting and informative that I didn't want to miss anything. It is very well narrated, I've always found Prof Wilson's voice very pleasing. Soon I will be purchasing his other books as audio for the same reason. Very insightful stories and description with good narrative voice.

Very enjoyable listen

Disappointment by the shortness of the book
Has not noted the timeline before ordering
I use audio for travelling and not half way through my journey when it ended

The shortness of the book

I suppose it my own fault for not checking the length of this audio’book’ but with the excellent Prof David Wilson one rather expected far more than was actually delivered
Also it’s move location and not a single mention has been made of this

A very short history of Broadmoor would be a better title
