What would have made Burning Moon: The laugh-out-loud romcom about the adventures of a jilted bride better?

It was too miserable. The main character is depressing to listen to, the book actually brings down your mood as you feel so sorry for this woman. That's not what I listen to books for!

Would you ever listen to anything by Jo Watson again?

not after hearing this

Did the narration match the pace of the story?

yes

You didn’t love this book--but did it have any redeeming qualities?

The narrator had a good tone of voice

Any additional comments?

Totally disappointing.
