Cabin Fever is one of my all time favorite holiday reads - Kevin and Drew are prefect together and the heat is scorching! James Edward Jones brings them both to life with all the emotions and love that a book by Brigham Vaughn demands. Wonderfully done!

MM, Best Friends Dad, Age gap, insta attraction, Holiday themed, Contemporary Romance. A fantastic story to listen to, an enjoyable steamy and sweet romance that neither man expected and tried to resist. Brilliantly narrated by James Edward Jones. guaranteed HEA.

Story: I love Brigham Vaughn’s stories and this one was really fun too! An age gap story with great characters.
Narration: far from my favorites. The performance leaves a lot to wish for, especially when it comes to dialogs, because they feel awfully stiff. The ease of casual conversation and the emotions are just not there unfortunately.

A perfect book for this time of year with the main bulk of the book being set at Thanksgiving and Christmas.
I liked that there was a significant age gap but that their different ages didn't affect how quickly they bonded over common interests. They really did work as a couple and not just as two people who were attracted to each other.
Of course there are a couple of bumps but they are quickly sorted and we get a decent slightly steamy epilogue.
The narration was good, at times I got confused as to who was speaking and didn't always feel a lot of emotion from it, but I really enjoyed the tone and pitch. I would listen to more of this narrator in future as the pacing was great and it was easy to follow along with.
I'd listen again for sure

I love holiday stories and I read this one last year and absolutely loved it so I was happy to listen to it. The chemistry and connection between the characters was so hot. I enjoyed following their journey as they got to know each other. They do try and resist each other but when they end up spending a week alone before Christmas they agree to only have that week together but end up falling more in love with each other. When they are found in bed by Drew's son they all have to make a decision whether to take a chance of a future together. This was a sweet holiday story and the narration was very good too.
