Summary

During his run into turning FIFTY, CHRIS EVANS is on a MISSION. To take stock of WHERE HE IS and WHERE HE'S AT in order to figure out how BEST to get the MOST out of what he BELIEVES are the BEST YEARS yet to come.

His typically positive and upbeat journey involves ONE HUNDRED DAYS of contemplation, research, focus, frustration and DECISION MAKING while SECRETLY:

*Training for The London MARATHON
*Bringing back his cult Nineties TV show TFI FRIDAY
*And the small matter of suddenly being asked to take over TOP GEAR.

HEALTH, LOVE, MARRIAGE, SEX, DEATH and even RELIGION all come under his witty microscope as he poses the conundrum - MIDLIFE: CRISIS vs OPPORTUNITY ?

There can only be one winner.

I was really looking forward to Chris Evans new book - I really enjoyed 'its not what you think', maybe its because he's not reading the book himself I know Vassos Alexander is his friend from his radio show but it just did not work for me.
The book itself just seems to be very rambling and goes on and on - very little content, big disappointment

Not as Good as the last book

Loved the book and if it had been read by Chris it would have made my top 10 audio books. Vassos is ok but does not have Chris's zing

Should be available on NHS

I was a little wary of starting this book as others had complained of the narrator. I have to say I thought Vassos did a Stirling job and kept my attention throughout the book. Chris is so entertaining and positive about everything in life and this really shone through on his writing. The only criticism I have (and even this is a small one), was there was a lot of focus on one particular area, which was of course interesting but I felt a bit too much coverage in the book. I like Chris's top tens about life and his advice on matters we all experience at some point in our lives and are possibly worrying about. A very good listen overall and if you've enjoyed Chris's previous offerings you'll be pleasantly surprised... Probably.

Really enjoyed... Mostly
