Too raw from having just finished it in the car on audible on way home from work to review it properly ("I'm on my drive now don't worrrry" in Daisy/Mia voice) but OMG this could be me in the future and parts are me now - Me NOW not Meow!

Loved the book and the wonderful characters, I connected over a long standing difficult upbringing and the much needed affection I received from my pet cats/s. Well done again Dawn! And everyone else it’s a must read/listen, Daisy is the perfect ‘Mia’ x

In the last few months I have downloaded various bestsellers and have not even got half way through each of them. I listened to Cat Lady over two days, every time my 3 kids allowed me. Extremely well written and hilarious as always. I love all of Dawn’s books, she never fails to make me laugh out loud and have a deep cry in the same hour 🤩🥳

Dawn i absolutely loved this story
Pet grief, its 100 % real and only pet lovers will truly understand
however this book it much more than that.
It's , funny , emotional, sad a multitude of real life situations. We can relate or at least know someone just like the characters in this story.
I listened with sometimes the biggest grin on my face I found myself chuckling to the situations Mia got herself into.
I also found myself feeling sad too having gone through loosing several pets over the years.
I wished there was a Pet Grief group then.
I also found the storyline uplifting that Mia did what she truly wants in life in the end.
fabulous Book you will not put it down.
The narration by Daisy is incredible love her voice Wow what a voice, just loved it and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

What can I say, from the first sentence to the last, it covered every emotion and every crazy day we as humans ever have! I have a cat and a dog, and the grief of losing one is immense, so I could identify with all of the emotions. Absolutely brilliant, and at times made me laugh out loud! Can’t wait for the next book by Dawn😊
