This is a great addition for anyone wanting to gain their mobility or become more flexible and have better balance. I like how the author explains chair yoga, its history, and who it's best for. I f you have not been exercising for quite some time or are just starting out late in life because you have lost some mobility, this is an excellent guide for just that. The exercises can be done in just 10 minutes a day, and the 28-day program is perfect for repeated monthly. This is something that will have to be continued every day to keep the benefits of doing this. It's easily done at home with no expensive equipment and no need to go anywhere, but it also can be done in a group setting to promote social gatherings and make new friends while doing it. The book is well-researched and backed by science. As we get older, we can no longer do some of the strength training we once did and will have to incorporate new exercises like these into our daily routine. Highly recommended!
