Yoga practiced in a chair is still Yoga, was convincing statement. Improve flexbility, better posture, relaxation, relief from pain, reduction in fatigue, and reduced aches are just a few of the benefits I noted from chair yoga. Not alot of investment required was a plus. Guidelines for seated posture were clear to follow. "Why didn't we bring our dreams to life" was a thought provoking question. Core muscle education clarify the importance. Connect with inner vitality--who wouldn't want that? Chair yoga enahnces metabolism, who knew it? Digital tool resources like Silver Sneakers Go are good tools. Connections made through chair yoga connections are great for inspiration and socialization. Jake's journey story was motivational.
