As I'm making more laps around the sun, I can definitely feel the changes in my body. My back is more stiff from hours of sitting at my desk. I can tell I'm not as flexible as I used to be. I got this book because I wanted to gain some muscles and improve my range of motion. This book contains a wealth of knowledge on how to work out different parts of your body, like abs, legs, glutes, arms, and shoulders as well as how to avoid injuries. I think it would be nice to have attachment of pictures of some the exercises because that will be helpful in executing it properly but otherwise it's a solid book.

This is a great audiobook that guides you on how to perform each exercise without injuring yourself. It's a great way to get you motivated with as little as 30 minutes per day 3 times per week. I personally work out quite a bit and will be incorporating many of the tips and tricks covered within this book. A big part of my struggle is activating and targeting certain muscle groups. This book teaches you the right way to activate and target those areas. Highly recommend to those wanting to get motivated and start their exercise journey.
