I found this book to be extremely educational. This is the first time I've gotten a book about this subject since it tends to become very political. This book is great because it does indeed provide a great perspective on the climate change issues we face and how this could severely impact our society. I liked that the book is not really political or judgmental, and how it relies on technology as a solution. I think this book is great and has addressed this subject properly.

This audiobook really stuck with me, mainly because of how real it feels. The opening parts about survivors of Hurricane Harvey hit hard it’s not just about houses being destroyed, but the small, irreplaceable things people lost, like family photos or keepsakes. You can almost picture those empty gaps in neighborhoods and feel how unsettling it must be. It also touches on the emotional side, like the anxiety people deal with long after the storm is gone, and that made it feel a lot more personal than your typical climate book.
