The story itself is OK but it is completely ruined by the narrator's joke male voices.

Laughable narration

Love all 3 books really gripping well wrote. Took a while to get use to the Narrator but once I got used to her I really enjoyed the books 👏👏

Part three of the trilogy which is a complicated murder whodunnit and not a bad story on the whole. The reader though is excellent. She can even do convincing male voices unlike most female readers.

Quite Gripping

The voices were hard to lysten to all the men had the same Gravelin and women squeky. I thaught it sounded like some kind of 1920s mobster story time. Tiring.

Voices used

It’s such a shame when the narrator ruins a book and I have found that with Lynda’s books a few times. The main character was portrayed well but the narrator wasn’t able to make all the other characters flow - too stunted, exaggerated and even infantile at times. I also felt the storyline dragged at times. Anyway, it doesn’t put me off Lynda as an author in general.

Not Lynda’s best
