Summary

READ BY LOUISE RENNISON. Brilliantly funny, teenage angst author Louise Rennison’s second audiobook about the confessions of crazy but lovable Georgia Nicolson.

What is the matter with my life? Why is it so deeply unfab?

  • It's a day and a half now since I snogged the Sex God…
  • I think I have snog withdrawal. My lips keep puckering up…
  • I tried snogging the back of my hand, but it's no good…
  • It's been over a week. I wonder if it's my nose…
  • I have a HUGE nose that means I have to live for ever in the Ugly Home.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I'd definitely recommend this book, however I'd say that it's not the best one in the series. If you start the series and find it a little boring or not as good as other ones written by the author, it gets better as the series gets on.

What did you like best about this story?

I loved the plot line. The relationship between Georgia and Robby was an interesting one in this book, and one I'm sure a lot of people will be able to relate to.

Which character – as performed by Louise Rennison – was your favourite?

My favourite character in this particular book was Jas; Louise Rennison portrayed her really well.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

It was, however not quite as much as later ones in the series.

Any additional comments?

I'd recommend this to all; especially those who've read Louise Rennison books in the past. However, I'd advise that if you find it a dull read, carry on as it does get better.

As usual, wonderful listen and part of an awesome

If being a teenage girl is this difficult, then my heart goes out to them. The book is so funny, but also very caring in a loving, yet self obsessed way.

Good girl and incredibly funny!
