Reyna’s secrets pale in comparison to what Mazrith has been keeping from her. And now that she knows what he is, he has nothing to lose.

With the balance of power tipping, both Reyna and Mazrith will be forced to make choices. Save each other, or stop the monsters from ruling Yggdrasil.

But love can turn even the sanest crazy, and if they can’t save each other, they may just become the monsters that threaten their world.

This is the fourth and final book in the Shadow Bound Queen series, which is an adult fantasy romance inspired by Norse mythology. It is a slow-burn, enemies-to-lovers romance, packed with magic, mystery, and, above all, delicious romantic tension.

Fantastic story, good world and character development- little spice but not OTT. The storyline was good, and narrator served the story well. Would recommend.

Loved this series!

This is the fourth and final book in this series & the previous 3 audio books have been a true duet where the female narrator does all the female roles and the male does all the male no matter whose POV chapter we are in and then for this last book that has now changed, the female narrator is doing all the voices in her chapters! It has completely ruined the listening experience for me. I had finally gotten used to her voice and style of narration in the first 3 books as the male voice made up for it as he was doing half the narration but now she is doing the majority it has ruined the experience. I now do not know who is speaking and her male voices are just not as good as the actual male narrator. It’s such a shame because the story is so good and I really enjoyed the first 3 books once I got used to her voice but now I am purely listening because I have paid for it & want to finish the series but I am so disappointed in this format change for the last book.

Why change the format?!

The narrators voice makes the story a lot more boring. it's not a terrible story bit it is quite predictable. fmc is nieve and needs saving all the time which made it a bit disappointing.
