Summary

In the heart of Hawk's Landing, the truth will be unearthed...

As the Spring Equinox Festival paints the streets of Hawk's Landing with promise, a chilling murder shatters the town's fragile tranquility. The festive air turns cold under the eerie glow of a looming Blood Moon, a harbinger of darkness in a town desperate for renewal.

Sheriff Dalton Savage, grappling with the demands of duty and family, finds himself at the center of a perplexing mystery. The victim holds a connection to his wife Becca's hidden past, unravelling secrets she never intended to reveal. In a town where legends whisper and reality bleeds, Savage must navigate a treacherous path between myth and murder.

As the investigation deepens, the Blood Moon rises, casting its crimson light over Hawk's Landing. Savage confronts a web of deceit, where the supernatural intertwines with the gritty reality of his relentless pursuit of justice. Amidst the backdrop of ancient prophecies and modern-day corruption, lines blur, challenging long-standing loyalties.

In "Crimson Moon," Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and Amazon Bestselling Author L.T. Ryan and Biba Pearce masterfully weave a tale of suspense and intrigue. Delving into the heart of a community haunted by its history, Savage races against time to unravel a mystery that spans the mystical and the mundane. With each twist and turn, the line between the past and present blurs, leaving no secret safe under the watchful eye of the Blood Moon.

In Hawk's Landing, under the Crimson Moon, the hunt for truth reveals that some legacies never die...

They only lie in wait.

So far this is my least favourite of the Dalton Savage books but it's still very good. I've marked it down due to a glaring error that wasn't picked up in editing. Trying not to spoil it but too much but a person from Becca's past calls her Becca, when that clearly isn't the name this person knows her as (you'll understand what I mean as the story unfolds. Ignore that and you've got a fairly competent book that doesn't outstay it's welcome.

Pretty good
