About this listen

Exploring history, folklore, mythology, and science, this book gives you a unique look at two of the most popular magical creatures of all time. The crow and his cousin, the raven, are featured players in many cultures throughout the world, including Norse, Celtic, Jewish, and Indigenous traditions. This guide teaches you how to welcome these highly intelligent birds into your own spiritual practice, whether you follow Wicca, Heathenry, Druidry, or any other path.

Crows and Ravens presents rituals, meditations, and exercises that help you discover the magic and mystery of corvids. Learn about crow and raven divination, create your own crow-raven talisman, uncover the shadowy side of corvids, and more. Found in nearly all urban and wild environments, these birds present you with magical opportunities and life lessons wherever you go.

Disappointing

Some interesting historical facts and myths, but overall it’s all new age hippy stuff. Couldn’t finish it. I struggled to listen but gave up at about 3/4 of the way through then I returned it. Parts of the book are absolute drivel.

Not what I expected.

This book blends folklore, scientific facts and witchery. I was looking for a book about crows that offers factual information about their habits, along with a bit of woo. I think the book presents itself as leaning towards the new age, pagan and magical aspects of crows so I'm not sure why someone would choose this title if they weren't into that. Perhaps crow magic is a little bit niche, but it's exactly what I wanted and the author's passion and respect for corvids shines through. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

The Majesty of Crows!
