Okay, usual format-meet, split, get back together. The story is comforting because we know we will eventually get that HEA.
I liked Carmen and Ash was okay (if not a little frustrating) at times, so angst ridden that she almost didn't deserve happiness with Carmen. The Narrator got Carmen spot on but Ash was terrible, weird how often the repertoire of the narrator is found wanting and therefore colours the audio.The audio is a free plus catalogue so not wasting a credit is all good !

I love this book and audio! The slow, seductive way the author writes this romance had me longing for more! She explores the characters and their feelings and let’s us get to know them and each other before they finally enjoy each other in a bedroom scene that is super hot and sexy but also sweet, emotionally charged and swoon worthy!

Get to know Ash and Carman as the get to know each other and be prepared to be swept away!

When you read and enjoy a book prior to the audio version there’s always some trepidation (well known/well seasoned lesfic narrators aside of course). This narrator does a superb job bringing each character to life however, great performance.
Highly recommend giving this book a go.

Although I wish I’d read ‘write your own script first’ because there are obvious links, I don’t think it will matter and this book stood on its own really well.
