Summary

This dark MM romance was so deliciously HOT! If you're wondering if a dark romance can be swoony, then the answer is absolutely. This unhinged serial unaliver is OTT obsessed with his cute assistant and somehow makes stalking seem sweet. It's fast-paced and so easy to devour. I completely hooked from beginning to end. Between the suspense and heat, I couldn't get enough.

Mavik may be cold-blooded while he seeks revenge, but Peyton makes him all hot, and while he's completely possessive, he's so sweet to him. Peyton is so adorably sassy and just as obsessed with his boss. Their dynamic is so deliciously HOT!

Narrated by Oliver Williams amd he completely nailed the delivery of this story and these characters. It is so fun and easy to listen to.

An enjoyable, deep, dark listen that pulled me in with all the creepy vibes and kept things incredibly entertaining. After escaping an abusive past, he starts over with his dream job, only to find himself drawn to his dangerously complex boss, Mavik—whose secrets blur the line between good and evil in ways he never expected.

I wasn’t ready for it to end, and the narration by Oliver Williams was perfectly done. A strong start to the series—I’m definitely looking forward to book two.
