What an excellent start to this series! Very enjoyable from the very beginning. It’s a storyline that captured me from the first chapter. Excellent action and adventure. Great performances from both narrators. This is my first book narrated by Troy, oh what a soothing voice to listen to. Well done guys.

Lots of spice which you would expect from a setup like this, but at some point it just overtook the story. Since I like spice I gave it 3 stars, but I am not sure I would be interested to read/listen anything else in the series.

The female lead is an abhorrent pick me, male leads are shameless groomers. But the narrator's voice make up for most of it. Deep dark tones .. divine
