I have read all John Marrs book previously and he never disappoints. I was so looking forward to this book and my goodness it was worth the wait. I absolutely loved that it was linked to “The Good Samaritan” and “Keep it in the Family” (two previous books) this book had it all. Suspense, heartache, fear, loathing and death. I honestly couldn’t put this book down. The narration was perfect as always. I am genuinely sad to have finished. It was definitely five stars.

The story is fantastic but there are multiple times where you can tell the audio has had to be re-recorded and put in. The sound/volume don’t match up.

JM you did it again!! I’ve had this book on pre-order for so long and eagerly awaited its release, safe to say I was not disappointed! There are so many twists and turns right until the end! Loved the narration and characters! You’re an absolute genius, would give it a thousand stars if I could!! Please don’t make us wait too long for another book!

I adore all John Marrs books! 🤩Particularly his speculative series. This one is another masterpiece from his dark, dark mind! Although it’s a stand alone book, readers will recognise some characters from previous stories. 🤣 The twists keep coming and the ending was excellent!!! Would love a sequel 🙏

oh this lone got dark so quickly, and the darjness kept coming with twists gallore! gripping. chilling. pure adrenaline reading. i couldnt put this one down! My jaw dropped at chapter 20, but stipped at the end oo many chapters! what a ride. i need to go lie down and decompress!
