Great narration, brilliant story & kept me guessing until the end. Putting it forward for our next book pic at my book club

I hate writing this as I have enjoyed her previous work. the death house and behind her eyes being exquisite! this however fell far short of the mark. characters were bland. had no feelings about them either way. nice twist at the end but probably not enough to warrant the listen. sorry but not her best.

sorry to say but not Sarah's best work

I loved this book. None of the characters were good people really, all out for themselves, but it was just so well done, and it worked. It kept me guessing. Great narration.

Compelling mystery

I enjoyed this book a lot, the characters were very real and flawed. I flipped between which characters I wanted to see succeed, kept me guessing and I loved the unexpected romantic interest. great ending too!

surprising and gritty

Real waste of an audible credit- couldn't really keep up with the characters, as just didn't care who was who. Finished it because I hate leaving a book half-read but really a massive anticlimax and a very dull ending (hate leaving a bad review as must but so disheartening to the author after all their hard work, but definitely can't recommend)
