Summary

I liked this story as I did book 1 and 2 of the Temperance Brennan series and hope to enjoy more in the future. However, I really didn't like the production quality. Different chapters seemed to play at different talking speeds with some being weirdly low and slow and others being faster, higher and the tone being more upbeat. It was quite distracting and affected my enjoyment of the story. I did feel that it shouldn't have cost the full amount charged as most other audible stories I have listened too (over 100) have far better production levels.

I enjoyed this story but the volume of the recording was very low - with my the volume on my TomTom turned up to max I could hardly hear the reader's voice if I was driving.

Narration was spot on. espically with the French ancients

The volume and sound changed between the chapters causes a bit of confusion. Other than that, both the story and performance was very good.

This sounds like it was recorded in a bathroom, impossible to listen to. Site isn't user friendly for returns either and being nocturnal I'm asleep during office hours.
