Good tale and not a bad reader. More than a little artistic license taken with police procedures. I can't ever see a armed officer shooting an unarmed suspect to stop them from escaping. But still good story and worth a listen.

cleverly written leading the listener this way & that & painting colourful pictures of the various characters both good, vulnerable and bad. The narration was brilliant

This is the first time I have completed a book when it’s been not pleasant to listen to .
The storyline was good and well written , but the monotone voice and f the narrator killed it for me .. There was no drama in his voice , no feeling , nothing .. great characters in the book but PLEASE change the narrator
