This was the first of my downloads from Craig Beck (which has subsequently led to many more from author due to his calming voice and excellent content!) The hypnosis was deep, relaxing and very, very focused into your deep subconscious. I found myself crying during the session due to facing up to burying the death of my parents, but the angle and guidance seems to have lifted me (I write this less than 12hrs of listening) I found this helpful and would recommend.
