I’ve tried a few sleep and meditation audios before, and this one felt a little different in a good way. The narrator’s voice is very calming, which makes it easy to relax and just let it play without overthinking it.

I liked that it doesn’t feel complicated or like you have to “do it right.” You can just listen and let yourself unwind. Some nights it helped quiet my thoughts more than others, but overall I did notice it made it easier to settle down.
