I liked that it doesn’t feel complicated or like you have to “do it right.” You can just listen and let yourself unwind. Some nights it helped quiet my thoughts more than others, but overall I did notice it made it easier to settle down.
It’s definitely something that works best if you give it a few nights instead of expecting instant results. For me, it became more of a routine, and that’s where it started to feel more effective.
If you’re looking for something gentle to help you wind down and clear your head before sleep, this is a solid option.

I noticed that it helped reduce some of that constant mental chatter and made it easier to wind down before sleep. The sessions are long enough to feel immersive, which is a plus if you like something that carries you through the night.
