Initially I didn't like the guy's voice, but it grew on me. I listen when I want to be sure to fall asleep quickly or if I have trouble dropping off to sleep. As a hypnotics recording, listening a number of times is important.

I can sleep and manage my pain with far less reliance on medication that lead to addiction and nasty side effects, I sleep when I need to now and if my body is flagging but my brain is wired I can get the rest I need when I need it instead of staring at the ceiling desperate for sleep, for me it works every time pop it on and even if I wake in the night it gets me right back off if I’m struggling, instead of tossing and turning at 3 in the morning. Highly recommend!
