Summary

good start good middle the end could have been bigger but still amazing cant wait for the next one.

Finding this one, and to be honest the previous, a little monotonous. The writing is, at times, difficult to follow along with and one of my main gripes is the combat descriptions. Just naming skills over and over doesn’t paint a very vivid picture as to what is going on. This was done much better in the earlier books.

This is one of my favourite series and I’m hoping it gets back to what made me love it so much.

Been listening since book 2 was out, awesome narration, story that hasn't disappointed yet, humor not excessive.
Loved the series since book 2 aswell since one is a bit of a drag but is necessary to set the stage for the rest.

The story is as deep as an ocean with many converging lines which shows the mastery of the writing. Progression is great and pushes the tale at the right speed. Looking forward to many more as the possibilities are endless.

I love this series so much, I have to say I was struggling to follow the last book as there were fewer and fewer everyday touchstones to anchor me. However, this new entry is wondrous and I loved the characters we get to spend more time with and the relationship Zach builds with them. Would thoroughly recommend! I can’t wait to know what happens next.
