I have listened to The Dark Road Series and enjoyed them immensely so glad the story continues with The Durango books. highly recommend both series A+++++

Loved following Ben and his family in this plausible post apocalyptic world. Gritty and fair, Ben is the hero you would want on your side with his loyal dog, Gunner! Can’t wait for the next book in the series!

Great Storyline

I have been listening to this series as it’s free to download but the narrator’s odd upwards inflections make it quite hard to listen to. The plot of this episode is predictable, (tbf, so were the plots of the earlier books), and Ben continues to be an idiot who makes ridiculous decisions. The author needs to use a thesaurus to widen his vocabulary and the book would benefit from better editing as he has a habit of saying the same thing over and over again.
