About this listen

Since the beginning of time, the angelic forces of the High Heavens and the demonic hordes of the Burning Hells have been locked in eternal conflict for the fate of all Creation. That struggle has now spilled over into Sanctuary - the world of men. Determined to win mankind over to their respective causes, the forces of good and evil wage a secret war for mortal souls. This is the tale of the Sin War - the conflict that would forever change the destiny of man.

I really enjoyed hearing some diablo lore great way to pass the time at work.

The story is decent, but some of the characters are voiced in a weird manner. The main character sounds like he has throat cancer and smokes 4 packs a day. This ruined a rather good story for me and made me cringe, especially in the sections where there's a lot of yelling and fighting.

Horrible voices

Good story but the narrator put me off. Not sure if I want to listen to book2.

Very good way to pass the time doing countess runs and waiting for D4 . Recommended

Great for fans of Diablo

Doing that fake, raspy loud voice instead of actually shouting or screaming is an instant breaking of immersion for me, and it sounds a bit jarring. Performance apart from that is as expected.
