I listen to all of the David Hawkins books I have, at least twice, and this was no exception. The depth of knowledge and direct experience is second to none. Forget *all* other spiritual teachers/authors and do yourself a massive favour, devote your time and energy to studying all of Hawkins' work. It's the best investment in your spiritual evolution, along with doing the A Course in Miracles workbook - also recommended by Hawkins. Gloria in excelsis Deo.
