Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Certainly. 20 riveting hours of some truly fascinating characters. Honestly, I didn't know which horse to back right up to the last book in the series! Humour, wild imagination, unpredictable plot, lovable characters that make you want to thump them with a shoe and hug them at the same time. Yea, I'd recommend this! Plus it's great value for money - 20 hrs!!!

What did you like best about this story?

Trying to figure out where the plot was heading. Every time I thought I'd connected the dots, another piece of the puzzle would appear and I'd be wondering "which way now?"

Which character – as performed by Hollie Jackson – was your favourite?

Supporting characters Julie and the Tatermen were the winners for me. I loved their lines and the way Hollie Jackson delivered them worked perfectly. They had me in stitches! I also loved the drawl she gave Crixus.

Not usually a fan of paranormal, however I really enjoyed this. Probably helped having read the Love series so I was prepared, but even so I did wonder if magic mushrooms had been slipped into my meal. Great characters and wonderful narration.
