I absolutely love Barbara Erskine’s books, but this, I have to say wasn’t her best work.
Every story started off really well, but abruptly ended with me wanting more. I felt there wasn’t closure in any of the stories. It was like reading the first chapter of a different book, over and over again.
I’ll be honest, I never got to the end of the book. It was getting more irritating with each story.
