About this listen

Books 1-5 in the Divine Elements an OP MC Xianxia series are now available in this special omnibus bundle, filled with action, adventure, and epic cultivation!

Calron is turning eight soon...will he awaken as an accursed Lightning Cultivator, or does fate have something else in store for him?

Over a millennium ago, the Lightning Gods ruled Heaven and Earth with their destructive lightning magic. No other Elementalist or Martial Artist could contend against their overwhelming power. Until the fated day, when the seven Primordial Thrones broke their slumber.

To hide the truth of what happened, they burned all records of history to ash.

In the present day, foretold destinies and chains of servitude break apart when a once forgotten element awakens under the innocent touch of a young orphan boy.

Will the young Calron be able to escape before the Renegade Gods discover the truth about his mysterious power?

The Divine Elements series is perfect for fans of wuxia, xianxia, and progression fantasy books. This epic cultivation fantasy series features a weak-to-strong mc, lightning magic, beast transformation, shapeshifting, cultivation ranks, and much more!

Starts of well, likeable MC experiences tragedy then sets out to get revenge. World building is a bit basic but not so bad. By book four you realise its just a meandering mishmash of xianxia tropes none of which are done particularly well, but the stressful part is the lack of conclusion to any arc, each book has an antagonist and heads towards a clash with the MC but it always ends with him in a new location, new antagonist, new allies and new goals. The MC seems to just lose interest in all previous plans, friends and enemies in pursuit of whatever new thing or place that appears in the end of each book.
