Living the good life requires self-discipline and this book through the 21 principles of the great samurai gave me another perspective of life. I love learning and especially from the great men and women in history. I had not heard of Dokkodo so was very intrigued. The 21 principles and then the way the author weaved that into a 7-day reset was highly efficient. It is worthwile to not only digest this knowledge, but also practice the 7 days which is what I'm doing now.
